When you hire a creator, payment is held securely in escrow. Funds are only released to the creator after you approve the delivered content.
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets through our payment partner Kashier. All transactions are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Creators receive payment within 7 days of milestone approval. Payments can be withdrawn to bank accounts or mobile wallets.
You can request revisions as specified in your contract. If issues persist, our dispute resolution team will help mediate and find a fair solution.
