Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Camdid's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Camdid is a marketplace that connects brands (Clients) with content creators (Creators) for user-generated content (UGC) creation. We facilitate the connection, communication, and payment processing between parties.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One person may not maintain more than one account per role

4. Creator Terms

  • Creators must deliver original content as specified in contracts
  • Content must not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Creators grant clients full commercial usage rights upon payment
  • Camdid charges a 10% platform fee on creator earnings

5. Client Terms

  • Clients must provide clear project briefs and requirements
  • Payment must be funded before work begins (escrow)
  • Clients must review and approve/request revisions within 7 days
  • All payments are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)

6. Payments & Escrow

All payments are processed through Kashier, our Egyptian payment partner:

  • Funds are held in escrow until milestone completion
  • Creators receive payment within 7 days of approval
  • Disputes are handled according to our dispute resolution process

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Circumventing the platform to avoid fees
  • Submitting false or misleading information
  • Harassing or abusing other users
  • Creating content that violates laws or platform policies
  • Using automated systems to access the platform

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights to the delivered content. Creators retain the right to display work in their portfolio unless otherwise specified.

9. Limitation of Liability

Camdid is a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality of content, disputes between users, or any damages arising from the use of our services beyond our platform fees.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
